Ethanol Factory , will be a source of life for the Community of Liquica

Liquiçá - The Minister of Tourism, Trade and Industry (MTCI), Gil da Costa Alves, said that, even with a smaller capacity, the ethanol factory in Mauboke, will be the source life for Liquica and Maubara Communities.
According to the minister, this factory will take effect in the economic and social sector of the community. "There are about 100 people in the community of Maubara , whose lives depend on the production of" Tuaca "or" Tua Mutin. In Liquiçá, also is the same. Therefore, about 200 families, that will directly have economic advantages, in the supply for this factory, "he said.
The Minister also reminded the youth that worked in this factory that , they can take care of the production quality . After all, the MTCI ensures that the production quality of this little factory will be of good quality. "Because the material they use are of good quality," said Minister Gil Alves at the time of opening the ethanol factory and get the keys from the hands of the contractor of the construction of MTCI warehouses in the districts of Oé- cusse and Maliana, Friday (26/03) in Mauboke, Liquiçá.
According to the Minister, after reaching 15 days, this small factory will be able meet the needs of hospitals and clinics throughout the territory of East Timor. Despite all, it stil needs further human resources and continuing education or training on the process of production.
In the next step, the Minister added saying that, the MTCI will hire a manager to take care of this factory . Mainly, to also meet the needs of Liquiça and Maubara farmers . The Minister also congratulated the builders. "About the ethanol industry, the contractor has delivered the construction and assembly. Although it lacks the bathroom and drinking water, I hope that within a short period of time, what remains will be completed. "
According to the Minister of TCI, other impacts are obviously on the network or supply chain. Many people will have the opportunity to work, young people may also be part of this network. Then, the product that is cheaper in the country, is a reality that is performing .
"When we have opportunities to produce higher capacity, then we can diversify the products. At the same time, the coordinator for youth training of Mauboke, Lino Soares expressed, thanking the government, particularly the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Industry, to be able to help them in such activities as these. A Visit to Kioske 'Mos Bele'
After performing the launching of ethanol factory and receive the keys of the MTCI warehouses project of construction in Maliana and Oé-cusse from the hands of the contractor, the Minister and his entourage went to visit the Maubara Kioske Mos Bele.
The purpose is to visit the handycrafts which , during this time the Community of Maubara conducted with the support of the Portuguese Cooperation.
According to the Minister, some of the products of the Kioske "Mos Bele," will be taken by MTCI to Portugal and Brazil to be exhibited at the local products of the CPLP nations in May 2010. "The MTCI also wishes to promote and facilitate the products of the Kioske " Mos Bele “, Maubara "to generate revenue through the sale of their products in the Nicolau Lobato International Airport and also at specific sites inside Dili," said Minister Gil Alves.
