The MTCI has offered 6 coolbox cars to coperative groups

Dili - The Ministry of Tourism Trade and Industry (MTCI), Thursday (06/01), handed over officially 6 cars Coolbox to the Cooperative groups, which during this time have developed activities from the sale of fish and vegetables in the districts.

Groups of cooperatives are in total of 6 which obtained such support : a group came from Sub-District of Maubisse, a group from Baucau district, one from  district of Liquiçá, one from district of Ermera and two from Dili district.

The award ceremony of offering the cars was  held in the building of  MTCI, Fomento Mandarin Dili, was delivered directly from the the hands of the Minister of Tourism, Trade and Industry, Gil da Costa Alves, accompanied by the Director General of MTCI, Manuela Corte-Real, General Inspector of Food Safety and Economic, acting also as Director for Industria, Florentina Smith, National Director of Tourism, José Dias Quintas, National Director of Business Registration, Fernando HI, Chief of the Cabinet MTCI, Henrique Carlos and other participants, included in the Group of cooperatives.

In its brief, the Minister Gil Alves, stressed that, for the leaders of groups that have  got  this support from MTCI, shall fulfil their tasks properly, so that thereby the materials that the Government facilitated may give benefit to themselves  and to the communities.

Beneficiaries, felt happy, with this supportof the Government through the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Industry, because, through such aid can facilitate the wandering dealer people do not need to move very far to sell their products places down to the capital but, only they can sell their products for cars offered by the Government.

"We feel glad with  this helps, because through the cars coolbox, can facilitate the districts that never had the opportunity in getting the consume of fish and vegetable, can already take advantage of them. Because these cars offered,  may facilitate in transporting us up on these places, in rural areas of 13 districts," he said. (Media MTCI)
